A public art project to provide a public and free mobile service -in the streets of the cities- to listen to people’s worries or problems.
“Inverted surveillance” (from the city hall to the street). A public art project that consists of inverting the surveillance system so that a camera -with sound - would ‘survey’ what the city major does and says and the speakers would be out in the street so that citizens would be the controllers and not the only controlled ones.
