Prototype of an opportunistic monument or a monument on call (in memory of the Stasi* victims)

The monument consist of an orthogonal concrete block of 200 x 150 x 50 cm which is embedded under the ground, It should be erected at places where the original buildings of the Stasi have been demolished. On it's upper surface are engraved details about the number of collaborators and the amount of files of the local Stasi organization. Between the bars one can barely see on the block's front side informations about the victims of the Stasi and further down one can guess a dedication. On relevant dates, according to the political will, the block out of translucent concrete towers 2 meters above the ground. On it's front side one can read the numbers of the different victims: imprisoned, pursuited, deported and threatened ones. On those days, victims will become heroes. On the other days, the number of the victims lasts unnoticed under the surface.
