My proposal was for a number of 3’ x 7’ ceramic tile panels mounted on the CMU wall adjacent to the glass façade. They were meant to mimic the panels of the glass façade. They would have airbrush-over-photosilkscreen imagery of the local neighborhood and police department archival photos.
