Tower One: was proposed to sit in a roundabout next to the Chicago river .. 65' (feet) in height, the base an octagonal cast iron construction stands on a slightly mounded cast rubber base ... eight triangular beams thrust upward to form the open frame body of the tower ... broken in the center by a heavy woven wire, cast bronze platform .. the tower climaxes with an aggressive flame thrusting up out of an ornate stack .. at the base of which there is a cast iron water tank which turns the tower's interior wire structure into a winter icicle.

Tower Two: a proposed 68' in height aluminum structure set in a roundabout opposite Tower One ... the base is made up of eight 30's 'modern like pantaloon legs' standing on a slightly mounded cast glass base ... lit a pale acid-green from below ... the body of the octoganal tower thrusts upward transitioning from concave to convex leaf-like sections climaxing in an orange-red (transitioning down to green) faceted glass beacon-light.

The project was not realized because the client, an insurance company, filed for bankruptcy.
