UNREALIZED PROJECT PROPOSAL JUD YALKUT
“End (Less) Loops: was a proposal offered in response to an invitation to the “Perform/Create CPT’s Earth Day/ Chernobyl/Commemoration” t the Cleveland Public Theatre in Ohio for April 25-25, 1992at a site along the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland’s Flats. Proposals were to have an Earth-related theme, and be as low-tech as possible. The theme was obviously a somber one, to reflect a sense of tragedy of what has been done to this planer and/or a sense of hope if humanity can change it. This proposal dealt specifically with the impersonal horror and impact of atomic destruction and the devastating legacy which it ensured. Although the equipment for presenting this was kept as minimal as possible in its technical quality, the overall event decided at the last moment to forego any use of electrical power whtsoever.
