The concept of this Art installation is to emphasize the segmentation or boundary as a subtle , ambiguous limit, which divides areas, confining people, separating them in the world they inhabit. Allowing them to free themselves from their imprisonment, permeated by their own look as viewers, giving them the illusion of virtually vanishing and crossing this barrier / border, going on a pilgrimage way back to their origins.
TECHNICAL DATA EDITING, LAYOUT AND MATERIALS. The assembly of the work is like a virtual universe formed by the 4 sides of the room, ceiling and floor. This universe is divided by a barrier / border black (sum of the colors of existence) that separates the real life of this or its achievements, failures and aspirations, on the other side is its projection to the transcendence Paradise , Purgatory and Hell. This is plotted in 2 rings / circumference, one on the fence / frontier between these two facets of human life and the other suspended from the ceiling. On the other hand, the projection to the transcendent, Paradise, Purgatory and Hell, is plotted in 3-ring / circle positioned on the wall adjacent to the back of the room. The ring / circle have 3 mts. in diameter each. His material is foldable and rollable to be transported as the ancient scrolls of mail, marking their intention to roam. The ring / central circle to the back of the room which denotes the Purgatorio, has attached vertical slats 20 cm wide stainless steel mirror, cut through the center horizontally, to allow its folding and rolling. The barrier / black border is also foldable and rollable fabric. Carries 1 inserted in the center ring / white circle shows the present of man. A black platform type used by the winners awarded at the Olympics will be supported on the fence / frontier in the central part intervening white space ring / circle. Both the Barrier / border and the ring / circle that sustains lead holes 5 cm in diameter that allow humans to peer into its importance to the other side of the fence / frontier. 3 holes in the ring / circumference at eye level given by the height of the stage and lots of them on the fence / frontier at the bottom of the winners. El concepto de esta instalación consiste en enfatizar la segmentación, la frontera como límite sutil, ambiguo, que divide áreas, que confina a las personas, que las separa en este mundo terrenal. Permitiéndoles sin embargo poner límite a este encierro, permeado por la mirada de los propios espectadores, lo que les otorga la ilusión de desmaterializarse virtualmente, traspasando esta barrera/frontera volviendo en romería hacia allí, de vuelta a sus orígenes.
FICHA TECNICA MONTAJE, FORMATO Y MATERIALES.
El montaje de la obra se constituye como un universo virtual formado por las 4 caras de la sala, techo y suelo.
Este universo está dividido por una barrera/frontera color negro (suma de los colores de la existencia) que separa el lado del presente o vida real con sus logros, fallos y aspiraciones, del otro lado que supone su proyección a la trascendencia con el Paraiso, Purgatorio e Infierno.
El presente se grafica en 2 anillos/circunferencia, uno sobre la barrera/frontera que separa estas dos facetas en la vida del hombre y otro suspendido en el techo. Al otro lado, la proyección a la trascendencia, Paraiso,Purgatorio e Infierno, se grafica en 3 anillos/circunferencia contiguos posicionados sobre el muro al fondo de la sala.
Los anillos/circunferencia tienen 3 mts. de diámetro cada uno. Su material es plegable y enrollable para ser transportados como los antiguos rollos de correspondencia, demarcando su intención de itinerancia. El anillo/circunferencia central al fondo de la sala que denota el Purgatorio, lleva adheridas tablillas verticales de 20 cm de ancho de acero inoxidable espejo, cortadas por el centro horizontalmente, para posibilitar su plegado y enrollado.
La barrera/frontera negra es de tela también plegable y enrollable. Lleva inserto en su centro 1 anillo/circunferencia blanco que refleja el presente del hombre. Una tarima negra tipo de las utilizadas por los triunfadores premiados en las Olimpíadas estará apoyada en la barrera/frontera en su parte central interviniendo el espacio blanco del anillo/circunferencia.
Tanto la barrera/frontera como el anillo/circunferencia que sustenta llevarán orificios de 5 cm de diámetro que permiten al hombre atisbar hacia su trascendencia al otro lado de la barrera/frontera. 3 orificios en el anillo/circunferencia a la altura de los ojos dada por la altura de la tarima e infinidad de ellos en la barrera/frontera a nivel inferior de los premiados. Este lado de la sala en completa oscuridad dejará pasar luz solo por los orificios, semejando el Universo y sus constelaciones de estrellas.
Filmaciones del hombre presente en la sala y proyecciones de las mismas imágenes aparecen en el anillo/circunferencia suspendido del techo que grafica sus aspiraciones, en el sector correspondiente al presente real del hombre, como también en el anillo/circunferencia central al fondo de la sala que denota el Purgatorio, correspondiente al sector de la trascendencia. Esta proyección sobre la múltiple tablilla de espejos reverberá la imagen y la hará rebotar sobre los muros, techo y suelo de este sector de la sala inundándolo de imágenes de los propios espectadores como protagonistas de esta instalación y de sus vidas
