The project was a proposal for the Manif d'Art 2008, in Quebec City whose theme was "la rencontre" (the get together) and was part of the 400 anniversary of the city, Canada's oldest city. The historical, cultural, and social get together of Quebec happend around and through the Saint Lawrence River. The project proposes landscape images of the Saint Lawrence River and its surroundings that reproduce a horizontal aesthetic related to the flags that represent the nations of our planet. This images where to be printed in two sided cloths and be instaled in poles like flags. Flags that are all inclusive and represent all people regardeless of their origin or build identity, nature landscapes that dance in the wind representing flags: symbols of identity that belong to all.
