I dont have much more text. I can hereby fax you the site[illegible] - with the Ve[c?]y Park. - I accepted the task to make a project because this kind of thing interested me, but after a visit to the area, the Battery Park City, I got rather dissapointed with what they had already produced on of site-specfic art. All of it was decorative, harmless and insignificant - very american, compared with this west german farms are more advanced - and realised that I wouldn't stand a chance. But nevertheless I tried just in case - to make a project with more power and challenge. And that's it.
