a "U.S, Highway" - size billboard structure built along some street or auto-route. It would be complete with lights, but built on a structure to look at, that is to say, without a 'message' Without text or images superimposed.

I designed the piece for a project in Ireland, but there was not enough money to do it, and Ireland has not to many billboards or to make the piece readable.
